Knowing what to do at the end.
The basics of end-of-life care. One day, free of charge, for everyone without medical training.

What can I do? What do I need to know?
Someone is on their last journey, in the family, in the neighbourhood, among friends. Dying often leaves us helpless, we are afraid we cannot cope.
Certified course leaders teach the basics and encourage you to turn towards the dying. Because care and humanity is what we all need at the end of life.

Four modules, one day.

Dying as part of life
What happens physically and emotionally when a person dies?

Planning and deciding
What does a living will say, what does palliative care mean?

Easing suffering
The dying often feel pain and fear. How can I ease it and bring relief, how do I talk to them?

Saying goodbye
How can I help when grief, tears and suffering prevail? At the end there should be a good farewell.
The next course.
